Dean Hunter is a Broker-Associate and Commercial Director of the KW Commercial Division of Keller Williams Realty of Manatee, whose market center is in Bradenton, FL.  He has been with Keller Williams since April, 2009.  

Mr. Hunter has been in the real estate industry since 1971, relocating to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 1989, from Dayton, Ohio.  He currently holds the National Association of Realtors, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager) and AHWD (At Home with Diversity) designations. 

Mr. Hunter has served as a member of the Keller Williams Realty ALC (Agent Leadership Council) and the Realtor Attorney Joint Committee at the Sarasota Association of Realtors in Sarasota. He also participates in a monthly Commercial Mastermind group through the KW Commercial North Florida Region.  He has completed Keller Williams BOLD training, graduating in 2009.  His vision is to build and expand a successful Commercial Division while maintaining quality service and integrity to the Sarasota/Bradenton commercial real  estate community.

Mr. Hunter was owner and partner/owner in three real estate companies during his career in Ohio from 1971 to 1989, where he practiced general real estate sales, commercial real estate sales of properties including office, retail and land. Mr. Hunter was involved in the sale and subdivision of farm land for residential construction. He personally owned 12 multifamily units in Ohio and a retail business in Sarasota County.

Mr. Hunter resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, Nancy.  They are members of Gulf Gate Church in Sarasota and he enjoys riding and working on Harley Davidson motorcycles in his spare time.
